Head of Events & Production

I began full-time with Bernoulli | Locke in March 2021, as a Production Coordinator working to support the Associate and Senior Producers. B|L was a membership based experiential events and travel company, planning and executing events in LA and beyond.

Production Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Initial research and gathering quotes for vendors including venues, catering, entertainment, fabrication, and transportation

  • Maintaining all master event documentation

  • Support with master event budgets of $750,000+

  • Team task and project management

    • Exploring Santa Barbara (2021) | Planned and executed a 4-day retreat in Santa Barbara, California with 35 guests. Guests stayed at the Rosewood Miramar in Montecito for a weekend immersed with curated meals, local excursions and networking. Each attendee’s experience was tailored towards their interests with excursions including kayaking, hang gliding, and jeep tours. I worked closely with the local Destination Management Company to coordinate scheduling and transportation. Meals were held both on-site at the Rosewood Miramar and off-site with locations including San Ysidro Ranch with award-winning restaurants with world-renowned wine cellar. I acted as POC for all outside vendors and retreat locations, working closely with representatives to ensure a highly curated, upscale experience for everyone involved.

My role as a Production Coordinator quickly transitioned to Lead Producer in September 2021.

Lead Producer responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: All communications from initial outreach to post-event follow up. I worked as sole point of contact for pre-production, on-site and post-production for all vendors including
