I was hired as a consultant by the Founder and Owner of Hollywood Artisans Market to streamline event processes, manage social media and marketing, organize the communication to vendor, and manage the live events. I worked to organize bi-monthly markets in Hollywood, California, growing the market from 75 to 120 vendors (max capacity for the event venue). Vendors included beauty, fashion, home decor, pet supplies and food & beverage.
