As an onsite Venue Coordinator for birthday parties and weddings, I ensured the seamless execution of each event, representing the venue’s interests while prioritizing client satisfaction. My responsibilities included coordinating with vendors, overseeing event setup, and managing the day-of schedule to ensure everything ran smoothly. From ensuring the décor matched the client's vision to troubleshooting last-minute issues, I was the point of contact for all logistical details. My goal was to create a stress-free, memorable experience for the hosts and their guests.
